Once your project is approved, we curate the manufacturers, factories and showrooms relevant to your requirements.

Once selections are approved, Esdee coordinates with the manufacturers throughout production.
Materials, finishes, dimensions and specifications are followed through the manufacturing process.
Before your furniture leaves the factory, the order is inspected against the approved requirements.
What was approved is what gets delivered.
06 — DELIVERY
Once production is complete, we coordinate the next stage — from consolidation and shipping
through to delivery.

THE INVESTMENT
The VIP Sourcing Concierge is reserved for private residential projects with a minimum furniture
sourcing value of USD 100,000.
Esdee charges a 25% concierge fee on the total furniture billing.
This covers the sourcing and management of your project, including manufacturer sourcing, negotiations, customisation coordination, production follow-up, quality control and project
coordination.
Furniture costs, travel, accommodation, shipping, customs, duties and other third-party expenses are separate unless specifically included in your proposal.
