You may return your item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Contact info@esdeecollective.com and let us know which products you will be returning and include your order number. The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) in the original packaging and condition. Any claims after 7 days of delivery will not be entertained.

Damages, if any, must be reported strictly within 24 hours of the receipt of goods, any damage claims after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Please notify us with the order number via email info@esdeecollective.com within 7 days from the receipt of the goods to arrange for collection. tracking number within 7 days of receiving your order. Alternatively, you can return the items at the below address in person:

Orders returned damaged will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Upon receipt of returned goods and after inspection, we shall notify you regarding the status of the return. If you are approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within 10 to 45 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank again. Depending on the bank’s internal policy a refund is credited to your account. Please feel free to contact us after verifying with your bank regarding the status of your refund at info@esdeecollective.com.


CANCELLATIONS

A customer can cancel their order within 24 hours. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order, but if your items are eligible for return then you can return them per our policy above.
